Terms and Conditions

  • You may order your items here by shopping online at and pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your card will be charged during check-out and your order dispatched within 3 business days. If your order is urgent please call us to confirm the exact dispatch date.
  • You may pay by cheque payable to Espresso Repair Ltd and send it to the following address; Unit 6 Kelham Bank Industrial Estate, Kelham Street, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN1 3JR. Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched after bank clearing, approximately 10 business days.
  • We strive to ensure that we always have adequate stocks of products and that stock levels on our website are current. However sometimes stock will sell faster than anticipated and we will replenish stock as quickly as we can. In this instance we will hold your order back until all items are ready to dispatch unless you direct us otherwise; we will keep you informed throughout. We will not send an item you have not ordered as a replacement for one you have unless you instruct otherwise. We accept no liability from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to change it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused items within 14 days of purchase. Please call us to obtain a returns number and pack the item(s) in all the original packaging along with your invoice and the returns number issued to you.  Send the parcel back to us at the address supplied above.
    All goods are returned at your own risk and cost. We recommend returning goods to us by a recorded delivery method.
  • We will issue a refund once the goods are returned and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable condition and have not been used or opened. Goods damaged in your possession will not be refunded. Neither will carriage charges.
  • Please note that in the rare occurrance of delivered goods been damaged or been faulty, customers have 3 days after receipt of the goods to notify us of the fault or the damage and we will replace the goods.
  • In the rare event of the wrong product being sent, please contact us as soon as you receive the goods. We will issue you with a returns number. Please then post the item(s) back to us, following the guidelines above. We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and we will organise the replacement.
  • You may cancel your order up untill the point at which the order has been despatched to our courier. If an order as been cancelled prior to despatch any charges or payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.
  • All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax. VAT applies to all European Union (EU) countries and is currently set at 20%. The right is reserved to adjust prices.
  • We have taken great care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of the product are correct on the website. Due to fluctuations beyond our control we reserve the right to alter prices or specifications without prior notice.

  • Warranties will vary depending upon the product purchased, please see the item description for more details.  The initial cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.  Once the item is assessed and it deemed covered under warranty will the postage charges be reimbursed.  Proof of postage costs will be required.
